This Privacy Policy explains how Anu Club collects, uses, shares, protects, retains, and deletes user data.

1. Information We Collect
Anu Club collects only the information needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the app. Depending on the features you use, we may collect the following categories of information:
- Account information: name, nickname, email address, phone number, account ID, login credentials, profile photo, or other profile information you provide.
- User content: information you submit in the app, such as club profile details, posts, comments, messages, images, preferences, event details, or support requests.
- Device and app information: device model, operating system version, app version, language settings, device identifiers, IP address, crash logs, diagnostics, performance data, and usage activity.
- Purchase or transaction information: if paid features, subscriptions, or in-app purchases are offered, we may process order status, product identifiers, and payment confirmation data. Payment card details are processed by the app store or payment provider and are not stored by us.
- Notifications information: push notification tokens and notification preferences, if you enable notifications.
- Location information: approximate or precise location only if a feature requires it and you grant permission through your device settings.
2. How We Use Information
We use information for the following purposes:
- To create, authenticate, and manage your account.
- To provide app features, club content, community functions, events, messages, notifications, and customer support.
- To personalize app settings and remember your preferences.
- To monitor app performance, fix crashes, debug errors, and improve reliability.
- To prevent fraud, spam, abuse, unauthorized access, and other security incidents.
- To comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms and policies.
3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell personal or sensitive user data. We may share information only in the following situations:
- Service providers: vendors that help us operate the app, such as hosting, analytics, crash reporting, cloud storage, customer support, notification delivery, payment processing, and security services.
- Other users: information you choose to post or share in public or community areas may be visible to other users according to the app feature you use.
- Legal and safety reasons: when required by law, legal process, government request, or when needed to protect rights, safety, security, and prevent abuse.
- Business transfer: as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, or sale of assets, with appropriate notice where required.
- With your consent: when you direct us or give permission to share information.
4. Third-Party Services and SDKs
Anu Club may use third-party services or software development kits to provide hosting, analytics, crash reporting, notifications, payments, login, maps, or other app features. These third parties may process user data according to their own privacy policies. We require third-party services used in the app to support the functionality disclosed in this Privacy Policy and to handle data securely.
5. Permissions
The app may request runtime permissions only when needed for a feature. For example, camera or photo access may be requested to upload a profile image or content, notification permission may be requested to send updates, and location permission may be requested for location-based features. You can manage permissions in your device settings.
6. Data Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards to protect user data. These safeguards may include HTTPS transmission, access controls, authentication, logging, monitoring, and limiting access to personnel or service providers who need the data to operate the app. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we work to protect information from unauthorized access, loss, misuse, alteration, or disclosure.
7. Data Retention and Deletion
We retain personal information only for as long as needed to provide the app, fulfill the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and enforce agreements.

After verifying the request, we will delete or anonymize personal information unless retention is required for legal, security, fraud prevention, or legitimate business reasons. Backup copies may remain for a limited period before being securely deleted according to our normal backup cycle.
8. Children's Privacy
Anu Club is not directed to children under 13 years old, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe that a child under 13 has provided personal information to us, please contact us at aleng@800dutech.com, and we will take appropriate steps to delete the information.
If Anu Club is offered in a region where a higher age threshold applies, we will follow the applicable local age and parental consent requirements.
